The Blueprint of Success

We have finalized the deep integration between Mike AI and our Template Studio. This milestone closes the loop between AI-extracted contract intelligence and your organization's approved legal document library.

Before this release, users had to manually copy AI-generated clause suggestions into their templates. Now, agents can directly synthesize extracted intelligence into the exact structure of a pre-approved boilerplate.

Key Integration Points

  • Clause Injection: Mike AI identifies the correct template slot for a generated clause and inserts it with the correct punctuation and cross-references.
  • Metadata Binding: Document metadata is automatically bound from the ACM contract record to the template's variable placeholders.
  • Version Branching: Each synthesized document creates a new version branch, preserving the original template in the asset registry.

The End-to-End Workflow

  1. 1.Extraction: Mike AI extracts all key data points from the source contract through multi-hop graph reasoning.
  2. 2.Template Selection: The agent queries the Template Studio registry and selects the approved boilerplate based on contract category and jurisdiction tags.
  3. 3.Synthesis and Review: A draft is generated and placed in a Synthesis Review state, notifying the assigned legal lead.
  4. 4.Execution: Upon approval, the document is finalized and stored as a new contract entity in the ACM registry.

Accuracy, Brand-Aligned

The output is not just accurate—it is brand-aligned and ready for client signature. This delivers a truly zero-touch contract creation experience for high-volume legal teams.
